President & CEO: Narayan Adhikari (Nickname: Aadhi)
Born in 1989. First came to Japan in 2010 as an international student.
He studied Japanese for two years at Shizuoka International Language Academy in Fukuroi City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
After that, he majored in the Multilingual Business Course at Kokusai Kotoba Gakuin College of Foreign Languages in Shizuoka City, where he learned the fundamentals of international business.
After graduation, he worked for about 10 years at a major Japanese telecommunications company, engaging in customer service and consulting.
Through working in a multicultural environment, he gained extensive experience in customer relations and team management, as well as practical knowledge and know-how about working and living in Japan.
Building on these experiences, he founded Global Step Co., Ltd. to support people who aspire to study, work, and live in Japan.
With the mission of “supporting the first step for those who want to realize their dreams in Japan,” the company provides careful counseling and reliable support to help clients achieve their goals.
